Thank you for visiting The Coxswain's Locker, the home of the Coxswain's Manual and the Coxswain’s Drill Card. We were the first to provde educational materials for coxswains and our products are in use in eight countries. Since 1994, our mission has been to produce quality coxswain educational products that help coxswains become more skilled and confident. Like our slogan above says, we don't want you to make noise, we want you to make THE difference in a race.
In addition to information about our products, we have created basic fact sheets on several key areas of rowing and coxing that you can download via the links to the left. All of the information is available in Adobe Acrobat format (.pdf) so you can print it out and bring it to practice to become a better coxswain.
